This therapeutic programme is tailored for small groups of primary school children (P4-7). It leverages proven Art and Play therapy techniques to create a supportive, client-led environment.
The programme is particularly effective for younger children and small groups of 5 or fewer.

Our programme aims to provide children with the tools they need to navigate their emotional landscape effectively, promoting a healthier, more resilient approach to life’s challenges.
They are now beginning to discuss and express their feelings and emotions with staff in school and are regularly using their emotions diary and mindfulness colouring book to help regulate their emotions.
