This 2-hour workshop is structured around workbook and discussion-based activities, focusing on understanding and managing anxiety.

The stand-alone single-session workshop is designed for secondary school pupils (S1-S6) and accommodates up to 15 pupils.

  • Identifying the impacts of anxiety
  • Developing healthy coping strategies
