Transitions

This 2-hour stand-alone session is structured around workbook and discussion-based activities, focusing on relevant developmental transitions such as moving from primary to secondary school (S1) or preparing to leave high school (S4-S6).

The “Transitions” workshop is designed for secondary school pupils (S1-S6) and accommodates up to 12 pupils.

Core Themes Covered:

  • Managing transitions in development stages
  • Coping with physical, mental, emotional, and social changes

  • Help pupils understand and cope better with transitions
