This training has been developed to equip managers and team members with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the concept of resilience, recognise its importance, and implement effective strategies for developing and harnessing resilience.
Participants will explore what resilience means, why it is crucial in both personal and professional settings, and how to build resilience through practical techniques. Additionally, the training will guide participants in reflecting on their personal experiences with resilience and creating a forward-looking action plan to continue developing and utilising resilience.

This course can be delivered online or in-person at your premises or in The Spark’s training facility.
The course delivery costs £350 for up to 12 people, larger groups can be accommodated with an additional facilitator. Travel, venue or catering cost may apply.
