- To outline the stages of coping with change, from initial reaction to adaptation and acceptance.
- To provide practical techniques and tools for managing stress and maintaining resilience during periods of change.
This 4-hour CPD workshop will include small and large group discussions with opportunities for participant led Q&A.
Course costs
This course can be delivered online or in-person at your premises or in The Spark’s training facility.
The course delivery costs £350 for up to 12 people, larger groups can be accommodated with an additional facilitator. Travel, venue or catering cost may apply.
